SMOKE FREE

As a smoke-free community, smoking is not permitted in units, common areas, or anywhere on the property. We recognize that medicinal marijuana is legal under state law and may be used in your unit with a valid medical card. However, as a smoke-free property, this policy extends to all forms of smoking, including medicinal marijuana. To comply with our smoke-free policy, residents who use medicinal marijuana must utilize a smoke-free consumption method within their unit.

Community Features

At The Velthuis, it's all about creating an excellent lifestyle for residents. A flat fee of ranging from $200-250 will be added to your rent to enhance your lifestyle. This fee includes utilities (sewer, water, and trash), and managed Wi-Fi. Residents will love the worry-free utility and Wi-Fi experience when moving in and each month with consistent costs.
